Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at X-Store If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at store@x-logic.net with your receipt or proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If your return is approved and you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you at our expense.
Non-returnable items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
